Qualifications: BAppSc(HumMov), ESSAM, AEP
Passions: helping people, whether it is the terminally ill or high performance sport, I get a kick out of passing on my knowledge to better someone else’s lifestyle. Coming from a sporting background I still love working with athletes and sporting teams. Clinically I have an interest in Cancer and exercise and also indigenous health.
Hobbies: Horses, both ones that often race backwards and 2 pet horses, Jack and Jake (yes I even get confused with their names!) and anything outdoors, fishing, camping , skiing etc
Music: anything from old school, to new, to country and blues!
Down time: whats that? Somewhere secluded, whether it be out bush or on a beach (with the horses of course!)

Passions: Pilates, sports science, biomechanics, Rehabilitation of spinal injuries, lifestyle intervention programs for chronic disease populations
Hobbies: Running, scuba diving, hiking, travel, food, wine, mountain biking

Rehabilitating athletes- seeing them recover and return to sport
Seeing my clients progress and reach their training goals

Shopping & Watching the AFL

Sitting on the couch watching movies or sporting events

Qualifications:  Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science), Masters of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning)
Passions: Sport. As boring as that may sound I have a passion for sport as in so many ways the challenges on a sporting field reflects those in life. This only difference is that there are no boundaries of age, gender, race, working class or many other social factors.
Hobbies:  Football, Surfing, Outdoor Activities
Music: Turn on Triple J and listen
Down time: Go try something new and different

NICOLE BROWN

Qualifications:  Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, Post Graduate Certificate in Soft Tissue Injury Management
Passions:
 Injury prevention, management and rehabilitation. I am also hugely passionate about the use of natural herbs and minerals in medical treatment and I would love to do more research into the clinical use of magnesium.
Hobbies:
Crossfit, Ballroom dancing, Cross stitching and sewing, Fishing... There are so many!

Country!!

 You will probably find me curled up with a good book or relaxing by the pool.
